Between each set, perform:
10 Walking Lunge Steps

Then;
For Quality:
30 Pistol Squats

INTENSITY:
Rest Day

RESET:
Jog 1 Mile
Every 400m STOP and perform:
Max Reps Clapping Push-Ups
