Bench Press
Between each set, perform:
6 Chin-Ups
4 Clapping Push-Ups

INTENSITY:
Tabata
(20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 4 minutes of EACH exercise)
KB Swing (1.5p/1p)
KB Goblet Squat
KB Box Jump (20/12)
KB SDHP

RESET:
2 Rounds of:
5 Toes to Bar
10 Spiderman Lunge Steps
15 V-Ups
