Deadlift
Between each set, perform:
4 Pistol Squats
6 V-Ups

For reps and load, look to the Heavy Work section to the right.

INTENSITY:
Rest Day

RESET:
2 Rounds of:
20 KB Orbits, Left
20 Push-Ups
20 KB Orbits, Right
20 Double Unders

Then;
2 Mile Jog
