Savage Workouts

When you are following this new format, please be advised that every day of the week counts for the total. There are seven days in the week, but I am only posting Intensity workouts for Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are the "Heavy" portion only and should take only 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
