Day 52/112

INTENSITY:
3 rounds for time of:
20 KB Walking Lunges (1.5p/1p)*
15 KB Swings (1.5p/1p)
5 Squat cleans, (135/95)

*Hold the KB like a goblet squat

RESET:
3 Rounds of:
10 Slam-Ball Sit-Ups*
4 Wall Walk-Ups

*With the slammer in your hands, do a sit-up and throw the slammer against the wall, catch it, go back down to the bottom of the sit-up. Repeat.
