Backsquat

6 Sets: 10 reps at 55% 1 RM
2 Sets: 5 reps at 65%
2 Sets: 3 reps at 75%
2 Sets: 2 reps at 95%

Then; immediately with no rest:
100 Double Unders

INTENSITY:
40,30,20 and 10 reps of:
Box Jump (24/20)
KB Swing (1.5p/1p)

RESET:
25 Reps each of:
Leg Lifts
Ring Row
Suspended Mountain Climber
Hollow Rock
